Patients from out of town who have robotic radical prostatectomy or other surgery with us may need accommodation for themselves or family while visiting.

Patients generally are discharged from the hospital in a day or two after robotic prostatectomy and they require a catheter to drain the bladder for approximately 7 days.

Some elect to stay in the area prior to catheter removal. Gulfstream Urology has a special arrangement with the PGA Village so our out of town visitors can receive a discounted rate at a comfortable nearby resort.
